HOW DOES ASSETTAGZ WORK?

4 Smart Steps

1. Cloud Database

AssetTagz cloud database is populated from the client’s “cleansed” asset register, whereby assets, employees and stock are appropriately categorised, including inspection schedules and asset templates.

2. RFID TAGS, NFC TAGS & BARCODES

Assets are tagged using RFID tags (NFC or UHF tags) or barcodes/QR codes. AssetTagz will advise on and provide from a wide range of tags to suit any application.

3. SCAN & IDENTIFY

Tagged assets are scanned by a mobile device using the AssetTagz app and immediately identified with information including location status, inspections due and any existing defects. New assets are quickly tagged and entered into the database using the mobile device.

4. Synchronise

The handheld device automatically synchronizes with the AssetTagz cloud database, via Wi-Fi, Ethernet or mobile SIM. Once synchronised, the captured data is then immediately available via the cloud database.
